Our Family Support Services Program is the key link between individuals with disabilities, their families and needed services.
Our team of Medical Service Coordinators (MSC) acts as liaison to help navigate the complex system of government programs and services. By knowing the ins and outs of policies, procedures and paperwork, MSCs ensure that those in need receive the best medical, dental, legal and psychiatric assistance possible.
Program Highlights:
- MSCs on-call twenty-four hours a day
- In-home care and respite for families caring for a disabled child or sibling living at home
- Advocating for those who can’t advocate for themselves
