PM Shift Supervisor  
Openings in Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx 
Full Time: 40 Hours



The PM Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising, overseeing and ensuring that evening activities related to the residence and individuals that AABR serves run effectively and productively. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating and implementing a community inclusion calendar and an indoor activity calendar for all individuals. The Shift Supervisor also advocates for each individual while out in the community. Shift Supervisors must possess strong analytical, organizational, advocacy, communication and leadership skills; as well as strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Valid NYS Driver's License and ability to drive and transport passengers using 12-15 person vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Candidates must become certified in Medication Administration (AMAP), First Aid, CPR, SCIP-R and there after maintain certification.
