As such, AABR has established a Corporate Compliance Program to demonstrate this commitment. This program outlines AABR’s dedication and adherence to ensuring integrity and ethical practices in all business aspects. The Corporate Compliance Program and our Standards of Conduct align with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations and encompasses the Seven Key Elements that are required through the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG). AABR’s Corporate Compliance Program is aimed at preventing, detecting and investigating all issues related to fraud, waste and abuse in the Medicaid Program.
