Lynne Viccaro O'Leary is an accomplished communications professional with over 25 years of experience across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Development at AABR, Inc., Lynne spearheads strategic communication initiatives that strengthen donor relationships and advance the organization's mission of empowering individuals with differing abilities.
With expertise in developing compelling fundraising campaigns and organizing high-impact events, Lynne focuses on amplifying AABR’s reach and impact. She collaborates closely with the CEO to cultivate and steward partnerships with individuals, corporations, and foundations, ensuring a sustainable funding stream for critical programs. Her leadership has been pivotal in optimizing revenue through major gifts, grants, and special events.
Lynne’s strengths in digital marketing, grant writing, and CRM management allow her to craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Under her guidance, AABR’s communications, public relations, and marketing efforts have expanded significantly, helping to increase community engagement and donor support.
