Two wonderful days of food, laughter, and togetherness marked this year’s Annual Pancake Breakfasts at Wellington Hall and St. Pascal’s. Guests enjoyed a hearty spread of pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, juice, coffee, and tea—served with a generous helping of joy and connection.

On May 13, we kicked off the festivities at Wellington Hall. Individuals were joined by staff, families, friends, and members of the executive team for a morning filled with warm smiles and full plates. After breakfast, many made their way to the garden beds to plant flowers, vegetables, and fruit for the season. The shared activity offered a lasting reminder of the day—and of the impact that comes from growing something together.
Two days later, on May 15, the celebration continued at St. Pascal’s. Once again, our individuals and their guests gathered for a delicious meal and quality time. For those without guests, classmates and peers sat side by side—proof that family is also found in friendship. The room was filled with laughter, music, and a strong sense of community. The morning wrapped with a fun and creative craft activity for all.
These special events went beyond breakfast—they were a celebration of inclusion, care, and the everyday joy of being together. Thanks to the dedication of our incredible staff, the week was filled with meaningful moments and lasting memories.
