Supportive Employment
If the individual feels that they are ready for paid employment, and the “Work Readiness” evaluation indicates that they have mastered the pre-requisite skills, a vocational plan is included in the individual’s overall plan of service. A job coach is assigned to the individual in locating a job, prepare the individual for an interview and firmly assist in a successful job performance.
